It's a cozy spot, run by a lovely couple, Sol from Seattle and Yuko from Kanazawa, known for its Seattle-style coffee and vegetarian-friendly menu. As someone who appreciates a good brew, I opted for their signature espresso, which was the perfect kick-start to a day of exploration. The café itself had a charming, relaxed vibe, with vintage décor that added to its unique appeal. It was a great place to plan out my day, especially since I'd be heading out on a tour soon.
