Today, I embarked on a journey through time, tracing the footsteps of ancient civilizations and prophets in the Jordanian landscape surrounding Feynan Ecolodge. The day was a tapestry woven with threads of history, spirituality, and the raw, unfiltered beauty of the desert. It was a day of quiet reflection, a day where the whispers of the past seemed to guide my path.

The morning began, as all mornings here do, with the gentle warmth of the sun filtering through the traditional Bedouin tent that serves as the lodge's dining area. After a hearty breakfast, I set out towards Wadi Al Ghwer Camp, a destination I was particularly excited about. The camp itself is nestled near the start of the Wadi Ghwer trail, a trek I'd heard whispers about around the dinner table last night. The trail promised a blend of adventure and natural beauty, a chance to witness the unique ecosystem thriving within the valley's embrace.

As I ascended the mountain, I felt a sense of anticipation building within me. Mt. Nebo, after all, is a place of profound religious significance, believed to be the spot where Moses gazed upon the Promised Land.
