It was a day of exploration, delicious discoveries, and heartfelt moments with Hans and Leila, making memories that I know we will cherish long after we return to Potsdam.

We savored the white rose dumplings, a local delicacy made with rice paper and shrimp, and the grilled fish in banana leaf, a dish bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, with the staff dressed in traditional *áo dài*, adding to the restaurant's charm.

Tomorrow, we're planning to explore the natural beauty surrounding Hoi An with a Hoi An Ecotour and a cycling trip through the rice fields. Hans is especially excited about the Hoi An Rice Fields-Cycling&Sunset tour, and Leila is already asking if we can stop for a cocktail at KoFi Hoi An - Cocktail bar. I'm looking forward to experiencing a different side of Hoi An, away from the bustling streets of the ancient town. But for now, I'm content to savor the memories of today, memories that will forever be etched in my heart.
