It's amazing how a single color can transform an entire place into something so magical and serene.

My day began with a delightful breakfast at Sofia. I opted for a traditional Moroccan breakfast, complete with mint tea and local pastries. Sofia is a cozy little spot, known for its Moroccan and international cuisine, and it was the perfect way to start my day. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. As a solo traveler, those little moments of connection really make a difference. It reminded me a bit of my favorite cafes back in Berlin, where the atmosphere is just as important as the food.

I later learned that it's owned by the Triana restaurant family and is praised for its delicious food and welcoming staff.

Thinking about tomorrow, I'm excited to explore the Waterfalls Akchour and Grande Cascade D'akchour. I've heard they are a bit outside of town, but well worth the trek. I'm planning to have breakfast at Restaurant Bab Kasaba before heading out, and then grab lunch at Restaurant blue dream near the waterfalls. Dinner will be at Restaurant Hamsa. I'm looking forward to another day of adventure in this magical corner of Morocco.
