You simply ask for the tagine of the day. We enjoyed a delicious tagine, and I opted for the vegetarian version, which was packed with flavor and fresh vegetables. It was a fitting end to a day filled with diverse experiences, each contributing to our growing appreciation of Essaouira.

Maybe I'll just stick to surfing, but we'll see. I'm looking forward to more exploration and discovery in this enchanting coastal town.
