Head west on Karte Char Street (شارع كارت چار) towards the intersection with Maidan Wardak Road. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the Kabul River. Cross the river by using the bridge at 34.5515, 69.1650, which will lead you to the other side. Once across, turn right and follow the riverbank north until you reach the Qargha area.
