This unique establishment provides students in the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management with hands-on experience, as they work under the guidance of nationally acclaimed chefs to prepare and serve both à la carte lunch menus and prix fixe tasting menus for dinner [3, 5].Each year, a new Chef in Residence arrives to create a unique restaurant concept, ensuring a one-of-a-kind, ever-evolving culinary experience for both students and guests [3, 5]. The open kitchen allows diners to observe the culinary team in action, while the two-story wine room, stocked with bottles from around the world, provides a stunning backdrop [3, 5].
