Driving
From Helen, GA, head north on GA-75 for approximately 1 mile to the intersection with GA-356. Turn right onto GA-356 and continue for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Anna Ruby Falls Road and follow it for about 3.6 miles to the Anna Ruby Falls Recreation Area. The road winds through Unicoi State Park, but you do not need to pay the park entrance fee if you are only visiting Anna Ruby Falls. Continue to the visitor center to pay the entrance fee of $5 per person (ages 16+).
Walking
From Unicoi State Park & Lodge, follow the Smith Creek Trail (4.6 miles) to Anna Ruby Falls. This is a more strenuous hike. Alternatively, from the Unicoi State Park Visitor Center, drive to Anna Ruby Falls (directions above). Parking at Anna Ruby Falls costs $5 per person (ages 16+).
