From Cherokee Rock Village, head northwest on County Rd 29 toward County Rd 204. After about 2 miles, turn right onto AL-9 N. Continue on AL-9 N for approximately 7 miles until you reach the intersection with Bains Gap Rd. Turn left onto Bains Gap Rd, and the Mountain Longleaf National Wildlife Refuge will be on your left after about 1.5 miles. The total drive time is approximately 20-25 minutes.
