Start from Dismals Canyon and head southwest on County Road 8. After about 2 miles, turn right onto AL-13 S. Continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with US-43. Merge onto US-43 N and follow it for about 5 miles. Take the exit toward Russellville and merge onto AL-24 E. Continue on AL-24 E for about 3 miles. Turn left onto AL-43 N, and after about 1.5 miles, you will arrive at Sloss Lake Park, which will be on your right.
