Tropic Falls at OWA is located at 1501 S Owa Blvd, Foley, AL 36535. From the Foley area, access OWA from the Baldwin Beach Express or Highway 59. From the Baldwin Beach Express, exit onto County Road 20 and follow the signs. From Highway 59, turn onto Pride Drive, then onto OWA Boulevard. Free parking is available in the main lots, accessible from South OWA Boulevard. Expect increased traffic during peak season and special events. VIP parking passes are sometimes available for purchase.
