Getting There

Driving

From Elberta, follow US-98 East for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto Old County Road 95 and continue for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Fish Trap Road and drive for half a mile. Turn left at the Barber Marina sign onto Barber Parkway. Bamahenge will be visible on the right within a mile, set back from the road. Parking is available in a small gravel lot near the entrance path. There is no fee to park or visit Bamahenge.

Taxis are available from nearby cities like Gulf Shores and Pensacola. A taxi from Pensacola to Elberta is approximately 34 minutes and costs $70-$90. From Gulf Shores, expect a shorter ride with correspondingly lower fare. Use a taxi service like Beach Buggy Taxi, which services the Gulf Shores area. Uber and Lyft are also options in the area.
