To reach Cheaha Falls, navigate to Cheaha State Park. From major cities in Alabama, take your preferred route to AL-281 and follow the signs for Cheaha State Park. The park is located at 19644 AL-281, Delta, AL 36258. Once inside Cheaha State Park, follow signs to the Chinnabee Silent Trail. Park at the Chinnabee Silent Trail parking area. From there, it's approximately a 1-mile hike to Cheaha Falls. Park Admission: $5 for adults (ages 12 and older), $2 for children (ages 4-11), and $2 for seniors (age 62 and older with ID). Active military and veterans receive free admission with ID. The park entrance fee can be paid at the park gate or at the Mountain Store.

From the Chinnabee Silent Trail parking area, the final approach to Cheaha Falls is a 2.1-mile out-and-back hike along the Chinnabee Silent Trail. The trail is well-marked with blue blazes and is generally considered easy. Follow the trail as it parallels Cheaha Creek, crossing several small streams along the way. The trail leads directly to the top of Cheaha Falls. There are no fees associated with hiking the trail.
