Driving
From downtown Huntsville, take Governor's Drive SE up Monte Sano Mountain. Continue on Governor's Drive until you reach Burritt Drive SE. Turn left onto Burritt Drive SE and follow it to the top of Round Top Mountain. Parking is free at the museum's entrance. Be aware that the gate at the bottom of the driveway is locked at the close of the business day.

While there is no direct public transportation to the top of Burritt on the Mountain, you can take a Huntsville Orbit bus to a nearby location at the bottom of Monte Sano Mountain and then take a taxi or rideshare service to the museum. The cost for a taxi or rideshare from the bottom of the mountain to Burritt on the Mountain is approximately $15-$25.
