Limited parking is available on the roadside near the trailhead. A new recreation and parking area is under construction as of April 2025. There are no parking fees.

Blount County Public Transportation (BCPTS) provides demand-response services throughout the county. To reach Mardis Mill Falls, contact BCPTS in advance to schedule a ride. As of July 2025, fares are structured per zone, with a charge of $3.00 per 5-mile zone plus $1.50 per stop outside city limits. Children under 6 ride for $1.00 per stop. Keep in mind that BCPTS operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
