Driving
Point Rock Overlook is accessible by car. From Fyffe, AL, head north on AL-68 W/Main St toward Co Rd 556. Turn left onto Co Rd 556. Continue on Co Rd 556 until you reach Bucks Pocket State Park. Follow the signs within the park to Point Rock Overlook. Parking is available near the overlook.
Hiking
For a more immersive experience, hike the Point Rock Trail from the bottom of Bucks Pocket Canyon. The trailhead is located near the campground. The 2.2-mile roundtrip trail is considered moderate to hard due to the elevation change. A day-use fee of $5 per car is required for guests not camping in the park.
