Additionally, the first-floor exterior has been simplified over the years. Despite these alterations, the Pincus Building retains its historical charm and significance. The building's original tenant was the Zadek Jewelry Company. Later, it was known as the Three Sisters Building, housing Pincus's clothing and men's furnishings store. Today, the building is known as the Three Sisters Building and is home to Compass Bank, the J. L. Bedsole Foundation, and attorney James B. Rossler.The Pincus Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, recognizing its importance in architecture and commerce. It contributes to the unique character of Mobile's downtown area, which features a mix of 19th and early 20th-century commercial buildings.
