Public Transport
While direct public transport to Liberty Park is limited, you can take a MAX Transit bus from Birmingham to Vestavia City Center. From there, a taxi or ride-sharing service is needed to cover the remaining 5 miles to Liberty Park. A one-way bus fare is $2. A taxi or ride-share from Vestavia City Center to Liberty Park will cost approximately $15-$20.
Driving
If driving from the Cahaba River area, head northwest on River Road until you reach U.S. Route 31 (Montgomery Highway). Turn left onto U.S. Route 31 and follow it for approximately 5 miles. After passing through Vestavia Hills, turn right onto Liberty Parkway. Follow Liberty Parkway until you see the entrance to Liberty Park on your right. Parking is available on-site and is free.
