Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Prattville's downtown area, head east on East Main Street towards South Washington Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with South Memorial Drive (US-31). Turn left onto South Memorial Drive and walk north. Follow the road for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Montgomery Highway (US-231). Continue to walk north on US-231 for another mile until you reach Montgomery.   From Prattville, take the route along East Main St towards South Washington Street. After reaching South Memorial Drive (US-31), turn left and ride north. Continue along US-31 for about 1.5 miles, then merge onto Montgomery Highway (US-231). Keep riding north for another mile until you get into Montgomery.   Begin at the Prattville Transit Center. Board the Montgomery public bus service heading towards Montgomery. The route will take you along South Memorial Drive (US-31). Disembark at the stop closest to Montgomery Highway (US-231). From there, you can either walk or take another bus that goes towards downtown Montgomery. The Hank Williams Statue is located at 216 Commerce St, Montgomery, AL 36104, which is a short walk from the downtown bus stops.
