If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Sipsey Wilderness. Head southeast on Forest Service Road 210 (FSR 210) for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with County Road 60. Turn left onto County Road 60 and continue for approximately 3 miles. Mize Mill Falls will be located on your right. Look for a small parking area where you can safely pull off the road.

If you are already hiking in Sipsey Wilderness, you can reach Mize Mill Falls via the Mize Mill Trail. Begin at the Mize Mill Trailhead, which is accessible from the main hiking trails in the area. Follow the trail for about 1.5 miles until it intersects with a small creek. Follow the creek upstream for another half mile. The falls will be visible from the trail, and you can approach the base for a better view.
