Getting There

  • Driving

    To reach the trailhead at Štavna, drive from either Kolašin or Andrijevica via the M9 highway towards Trešnjevik. From Trešnjevik, turn onto the CT-1 road. Be aware that the initial section of the road from Mateševo to Trešnjevik may be damaged and potholed. At the turnoff, there is a restaurant and a boom gate where you pay the Komovi Nature Park entrance fee (€2 per person).

  • Public Transport

    While public transport directly to Štavna is limited, you can take a bus from Podgorica to Kolašin or Andrijevica. From there, arrange a taxi or private transfer to Štavna. A taxi from Kolašin or Andrijevica may cost around €20-€30. Check with your accommodation for advice on availability and pricing.
