Osumi Canyon, or Kanioni i Osumit, is a 26-kilometer-long river gorge in southern Albania, celebrated as one of the country's most spectacular natural attractions. Formed over two to three million years ago by the Osumi River, the canyon boasts towering cliffs that narrow to just 1.5 meters in some sections, expanding to 35 meters at the cliff tops. The canyon's unique ecosystem thrives year-round, showcasing Mediterranean vegetation, diverse flora and fauna, and small caves carved by natural forces.
