Walking
From the Old Bazaar, walk uphill towards the Clock Tower. The tower is centrally located and easily visible from most points in the Old Town. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting point. Be prepared for steep, cobbled streets.
Public Transport
Local buses connect the new town with the historic center. Take the bus that goes to the Old Town and get off at the nearest stop to the Clock Tower. From there, it's a short walk uphill. A single bus fare is approximately 30 LEK.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Gjirokaster. Ask the driver to take you to Kulla e Sahatit in the Old Town. A short taxi ride from the new town to the Clock Tower should cost around 200 LEK. Be sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
Parking
If driving, there is an underground parking garage located near the Old Town. Park here and walk to the Clock Tower. Parking costs approximately €2 for 3 hours. Alternatively, private parking is available for 1000 LEK per day. Be aware that the Old Town has steep, narrow streets, so parking can be challenging.
