From the center of Gjirokastër, head towards the main street (Rruga Ismail Qemali). Walk straight until you reach the bus station. Here, you can ask locals for directions to Jala Beach, as Pigeons Cave is located near there. Take a local bus or mini-bus heading to Jala. The bus ride should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Jala, ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to Pigeons Cave. From there, you will likely have to walk for about 15-20 minutes along the coastal path, following signs or asking locals for guidance. The cave is located a short distance from the beach.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Gjirokastër. Start by cycling towards the main street (Rruga Ismail Qemali) and continue towards the bus station.
