Car
If driving from Laberia, head southwest on SH4 towards the coast. Continue to Himara, then take the road to Jale Beach. Look for signs to Alibegova Skala near the beach; a small dirt path leads to the cliff. Parking is available in designated areas. Note that the final stretch may involve driving on an unpaved road. There are no tolls on this route. Parking near Jale Beach typically costs around 500-1000 Lek per day, depending on the season and availability.
Public Transportation
From Laberia's main bus station, take a bus towards Himara. Buses depart frequently throughout the day; the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. From Himara, you can walk towards Jale Beach or take a local taxi for a short ride (5-10 minutes) to the beach area. Follow signs to Alibegova Skala via a small dirt path. A bus from Laberia to Himara costs approximately 200-400 Lek. A taxi from Himara to Jale Beach should cost around 500-800 Lek.
Walking
If you're already in Himara or near Jale Beach, you can walk to Alibegova Skala. From Jale Beach, follow the coastline southward for about 1 kilometer. Look for a clearly marked path leading up to the cliff. The hike is moderate; wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
