A local bus, sometimes referred to as a 'phantom bus,' may be available from the Rus neighborhood in Shkodër. This bus goes to Mesi, but the schedule and price are not readily available. Alternatively, take a bus heading towards Boks and then walk or take a taxi for the remaining 3 kilometers to Mesi Bridge.
