    From Elbasan, take the SH3 road towards Tirana. After approximately 15 kilometers, turn left towards Labinot-Fushë on Rruga e Labinotit. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for Rozafa - Fish City. Parking is available on-site.

    Take a bus from Elbasan to Labinot-Fushë. From Tirana International Airport, a shuttle bus to Tirana city center is available, followed by a local bus or shared taxi to Labinot-Fushë. Buses from Memlisht to Labinot Fushe are also available. The bus from Kurbin to Elbasan costs around 200 Albanian Lek. A taxi from Elbasan to Labinot-Fushë will cost around 500-700 Albanian Lek.

Rozafa - Fish City is a unique destination located in Labinot-Fushë, Albania, approximately 60 kilometers south of Tirana. More than just a restaurant, it's a sprawling complex that includes a hotel, bar, market, movie theater, piano bar, swimming pool, and even a pool billiard club. The location is known for its fresh seafood and traditional Albanian dishes, offering a taste of the Adriatic Sea. Originally, the site was an abandoned arms depot from Albania's Cold War era. Gjergj Luca, the owner, transformed the derelict area into a thriving center for seafood processing and tourism. Remnants of the past are still visible, with tunnels once used for storing weapons now housing anchovies in brine. Today, Fish City employs over 800 people and exports seafood across the Balkans. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, from dining on fresh seafood to relaxing by the pool or enjoying live music. The complex also features unique art installations and architectural oddities, making it a memorable experience.
