    The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, walk towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. There is no cost involved.

    Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek. Public transport in Tirana operates between 06:00 and 23:00.
