From the center of Himara, head south on the SH8 road towards Saranda. Continue driving for approximately 15 km. Look for signs indicating the turnoff to Kouloura Viewpoint. Turn left onto Unnamed Road and follow the road until you reach the viewpoint. There is usually parking available near the viewpoint.

Take a local bus from Himara to Saranda. The bus station is located in the center of town. Once you reach Saranda, you can hire a taxi or use a rideshare app to get to Kouloura Viewpoint, which is about 15 km from Saranda. Be prepared to negotiate the taxi fare, and expect to pay around 15-20 Albanian Lek for the trip.
