Walking
From the center of Gjirokastër, head towards the main road (Rruga 19 Nëntori). Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Thoma Thotushi. Turn left onto Rruga Thoma Thotushi and continue walking until you see signs for transportation to Saranda. You will find a small bus station where you can catch a minibus heading to Saranda. Inform the driver that you want to go to Agni Bay. The journey takes about 1 hour, and you will be dropped off at the nearest point to Agni Bay. From there, follow the signs towards the beach area and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach Agni Boats.
Public Transport
From the bus station in Gjirokastër, take a minibus heading to Saranda. The journey will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Saranda, you can take a local bus or a taxi to Agni Bay. If taking a taxi, simply inform the driver to take you to Agni Bay, which is approximately a 20-minute ride from Saranda. If you opt for the local bus, check the schedules at the bus stop for the next bus to Agni Bay and make sure to have some local currency ready for the fare.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Gjirokastër to Agni Bay. You can find taxis near the main square or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, and the driver should know how to get to Agni Bay. Ensure you agree on the fare before starting the journey to avoid any misunderstandings.
