The King Mosque is located within the Elbasan Castle, easily accessible on foot from the city center. From the city's main square, Skenderbej Square, walk east along Rruga Leke Saliko. Continue onto Rruga Elbasan-Qafe Thane, then turn left onto Rruga Xhaferr Kongoli. The King Mosque will be located inside the Elbasan Castle on your right. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. There are no entrance fees to access the castle grounds.

From the Elbasan Regional and International Bus Terminal, take a local bus or 'furgon' heading towards the city center. Alight near Skenderbej Square. From there, follow the walking directions to reach the King Mosque. A single bus fare costs approximately 50-100 Lek. Be prepared for crowded conditions during peak hours.
