Driving
Driving is the most convenient way to reach Preza Fortress. From Tirana, take the SH1 road northwest, following signs for Preza. The fortress is about 20 km from the city center. Parking is available near the castle. A taxi from Tirana will cost approximately $35-$50.
Public Transportation
From Tirana, take a local bus to Prezë. Buses leave from the Tirana bus terminal, with a journey time of around 30 minutes. Once in Prezë, follow the signs uphill to the fortress, about a short walk from the bus stop. Bus fare is approximately 50-100 Lekë.
