Taxi companies include Speed Taxi, UPS Taxi and AutoHoliday Taxi. The base fare is 300 Lek, and each KM is priced at 300 Lek. A 5km ride will cost about 1800 ALL.

If driving, underground parking is available at Skanderbeg Square. Parking costs 200 Lek for 0-3 hours, 500 Lek for 3-8 hours, 800 Lek for 8-12 hours, and 500 Lek for 12-24 hours. Note that a missing ticket is sanctioned with a 3,000 Lek fine.
