Walking

From Skanderbeg Square, walk southeast along Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit. Pass the Palace of Culture on your left. Continue to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Rruga e Dibrës. The Friendship Monument will be on your right, in a small park area. The walk is approximately 15 minutes. No cost.

Public Transport

From Skanderbeg Square, take Bus Line 2 or 8 (departing near the former train station). These buses will take you closer to the Friendship Monument. The fare for a single ride is approximately 40 ALL. Get off near the National Library and walk a short distance to the monument.

Taxi
