The history of Raki

This is such a fun way to connect with a local guide from Gjirokaster. Ivin made our experience extraordinarily special. His knowledge about the history of raki, liquors,& Gjirokaster, along with his captivating ability to share local stories, made us feel like we were in our local bar. We learned about how raki is made & how you drink it by pairing it with certain Albanian foods. Ivin was patient & explained everything in detail with a scientific knowledge of the process.
