Car
If driving from Saranda, take the SH99 road towards Gjirokastër. The drive is approximately 30-45 minutes. Follow the signs to Syri i Kaltër. There is a parking area near the entrance to the Blue Eye National Park. Parking fees range from 300 Lek for 0-3 hours to 1200 Lek for 9-24 hours. From the parking lot, it's a 2.2 km walk to the Blue Eye. Alternatively, a small train or electric scooter can be hired for a fee.

Public Transport
From Saranda or Gjirokastër, take a bus heading towards the other city and ask the driver to stop at Syri i Kaltër. Note that some buses may take a new route that bypasses the Blue Eye, so confirm with the driver. The bus ticket costs approximately 450 Lek. From the main road, it's a 2 km walk to the entrance of the National Park. From there, it is another 2.2km to the Blue Eye.

A taxi from Saranda to the Blue Eye costs around 35,000-40,000 Lek for a round trip, including a 2-hour wait. Negotiate the price with the driver beforehand and ensure they accept cash payments. The taxi will drop you off at the parking area, from where you can walk or take the train/scooter to the Blue Eye.
