Visitors are invited to walk through and under the structure, experiencing an immersive environment that blurs the lines between art and public space. The stepped terraces provide seating areas, making it a flexible venue for exhibitions, workshops, and performances.During warm summer evenings, The Cloud transforms into an atmospheric stage for musicians and theater performances, adding to Tirana's vibrant cultural scene.
