Walking
From the center of Librazhd, start walking southeast on Rruga 28 Nëntori, then turn left onto Rruga Shkumbin. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the E852 highway. Turn right and walk south for another 3 kilometers. The bridge will be on your left. This walk takes approximately 45 minutes.
Public Transport
From the main bus station in Librazhd, take a bus heading towards Përrenjas or any bus that passes along E852. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Ura e Çotës. The fare is approximately 100 Albanian Lek (about 1 USD). The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. The bridge is a short walk from the bus stop.
Car
From the center of Librazhd, head east on Rruga 28 Nëntori toward Rruga Shkumbin. Continue on Rruga Shkumbin for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the E852 highway. Merge onto E852 heading south. After about 3 kilometers, look for the signs indicating Ura e Çotës. The bridge will be located on your left, just off the main road. There is no specific parking area, but you can safely park along the roadside.
