    The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, walk towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. There are no costs involved.

    Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to The Cloud. A single bus fare is 40 Lek. Buses typically run from 6:00 to 23:00.

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. A taxi from the city center to The Cloud should be a short ride. Taxi fares in Tirana start at 300 Lek for the first 1.5 km, with a per-kilometer charge of 150 Lek. Expect to pay around 500-700 Lek for a short trip within the city center, depending on traffic.
