Designed by Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto, it was initially commissioned for the Serpentine Gallery in London in 2013 and relocated to Tirana in 2016. The structure resembles a giant, ethereal cloud, constructed from a delicate network of white steel bars.Visitors are encouraged to interact with the artwork, climbing on top or finding a seat underneath, offering a unique perspective of the city.
