From Luma, head northeast on the main road (SH5) toward Kukës. Continue on SH5 for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach Kukës. Once in Kukës, follow signs to the military base (reparti ushtarak). The Kukës Underground is located near the military base at Pranë repartit ushtarak. Parking may be available nearby, but be mindful of local regulations.

To reach Kukës from Luma via public transportation, you can take a local bus or minibus heading to Kukës. Buses typically depart from the central bus station in Luma. The journey will take around 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kukës, you can either walk or take a taxi to Pranë repartit ushtarak where the Kukës Underground is located. Walking from the bus station to the underground site takes about 20 minutes.

If you prefer a more direct approach, you can hire a taxi from Luma to Kukës. The taxi fare should be negotiated beforehand. Expect to pay around 40-60 Albanian Lek for the one-way trip, depending on the driver and time of day. The taxi will take you directly to Pranë repartit ushtarak.
