It features an open structure composed of two parts of a cube, allowing visitors to walk through freely. The design represents Albania's openness and resistance during difficult times. Laser-drawn elements on the inner sides depict the Declaration of Independence, the national double-headed eagle, and human portraits.The surrounding area is a lively plaza where locals gather, and events celebrate national pride.
