Getting There

    If you are driving from Shkodra, take the SH1 road southeast towards Kukës. Continue on SH1 until you reach the junction with SH3. Follow SH3 to the town of Pogradec. From Pogradec, take the SH78 road towards the village of Gorice. Just outside Gorice, you will see signs for Prespa National Park. The total drive is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours depending on traffic.

  • Public Transportation

    Start your journey by taking a bus from Shkodra to Kukës. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the trip takes about 1.5 hours. From Kukës, take a bus to Pogradec (approximately 2 hours). Once in Pogradec, you can either take a taxi directly to Prespa National Park (around 20 minutes) or look for local minibus services heading towards Gorice. Expect to pay around 200-300 ALL for the taxi or a minimal fare for the minibus.
