If you're driving from Pogradec, head south on the SH8 road towards the border with North Macedonia. Continue on SH8 for approximately 20 km. You will reach the border crossing at Qafë Thanë. After crossing into North Macedonia, continue on the same road until you reach the area of Saint Naum. The Church of Saint Petka is located near the shores of Lake Ohrid, just past the Saint Naum Monastery. Parking is available near the church, but there may be a small fee.
