    The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, head towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. There are no costs involved.

    Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek. Public transport is free for kids under the age of 7.

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. A short taxi ride from anywhere in the city center to The Cloud should cost between 300-500 Lek, depending on the distance and traffic. Taxi fares in Tirana start at 300 lekë, while the price per kilometer is 150 lekë.

Originally displayed at the Serpentine Gallery in London in 2013, it was moved to Tirana in 2016 and has since become a symbol of the city's modern transformation.Located in front of the National Gallery of Arts, The Cloud is constructed from a delicate network of white steel bars, forming a semi-transparent, irregular canopy. This cloud-like structure covers 350 square meters and reaches a height of up to 7 meters, providing shelter while allowing visitors to remain connected to the surrounding landscape.The Cloud serves as a flexible, multi-purpose social space, hosting various cultural events and exhibitions. Its stepped terraces offer seating areas, inviting visitors to climb on top or find a seat underneath, providing a unique perspective of the city.
