    From Shkodër, frequent minivans (furgons) travel to Velipoja. They can be found in 'Sheshi Demokracia' in front of the Teatri Migjeni. The ride takes approximately 30-50 minutes. The cost is around 200 Lek, payable in cash to the driver. There is no designated bus station in Velipoja, but the minivan will stop next to Velipoja Park on Rruga Ura e Gjon Lulit Plazh.

    Taxis are available from Shkodër to Velipoja. The journey takes around 40 minutes. A taxi ride will typically cost between $50-$60. Note that taxis may be less available outside of the peak summer season.
