Car
From Fier city center, head northeast on Rruga e Shtjefën Gjecovi towards Rruga e Dajlardhës. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Rruga e Vlorës. Turn left onto Rruga e Vlorës (SH8). Follow this road for approximately 20 km until you see signs for Seman Beach. There is no parking fee at the beach, but ensure you park in designated areas.
Public Transport
Take a bus from Fier to Vlorë from the main bus station in Fier. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the fare is approximately 200 ALL (Albanian Lek). Once in Vlorë, you will need to transfer to a local minibus heading to Seman Beach. The fare for the minibus is around 100 ALL. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off close to the beach entrance.
Taxi
Taxis are available in Fier. A taxi ride from Fier to Seman Beach, which is approximately 15 km, could cost around 4800 ALL. The starting price is 300 ALL, and each KM is priced at 300 ALL. Ensure the driver uses a meter or negotiate the fare beforehand.
