Start at the Lezhë Castle, which is a prominent landmark. From the castle, head southeast on the main road towards the city center, following the signs towards the pedestrian area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main square (Sheshi Iliria). From the square, take the road on the right (Rruga Skenderbeu) and walk for about 10 minutes.
