Note that the road leading directly to the gate might be closed, requiring a short walk uphill from the lower parking area. Parking is free.

    Taxis are available in Fier. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey to Apollonia Archaeological Park, roughly 12 km west of the city. A return trip with a waiting time of 2 hours could cost around 2,000 Lek. Alternatively, arrange for a one-way trip and a separate taxi for your return.
