The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, walk towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated directly in front of it. There is no cost involved.

Located in front of the National Gallery of Arts, The Cloud (Reja) is a unique architectural installation by Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto. Originally created for the Serpentine Gallery in London, it was relocated to Tirana in 2016 and has since become a modern art space and a symbol of the city's evolving identity.The Cloud is constructed from a delicate network of white steel bars, forming a semi-transparent, irregular canopy that covers 350 square meters. This cloud-like structure provides shelter while allowing visitors to remain connected to the surrounding landscape. The installation features stepped terraces that offer seating areas, making it a flexible, multi-purpose social space.Visitors are encouraged to interact with the artwork, climbing on top or finding a seat underneath, offering a unique perspective of the city. During the warm summer evenings, The Cloud transforms into an atmospheric stage for musicians and theater performances. The Cloud operates as an independent space, hosting a full schedule of activities in cooperation with local cultural partners, educational institutions, and communities.
