From the center of Nderlysaj village, head southwest towards the main road (SH24). Follow the signs for Vaskat Ndërlysaj. The hiking trails are well-marked with red and white markers. The walk to the Blue Eye from Nderlysaj takes around 45-60 minutes. Be prepared for rocky terrain.
Public Transport

From Shkodër, take a bus to Theth. The bus journey takes approximately 3-4 hours. From Theth, take a local taxi or shuttle to Nderlysaj, which is about 8 kilometers south of Theth. From Nderlysaj, follow the walking directions to Vaskat Ndërlysaj.
Car

If driving from Shkodër, head southeast on SH24 towards Theth. Continue on this road until you reach Nderlysaj. Parking is available near the entrance to the hiking area. Some visitors have reported paying a parking fee of around 300 LEK (approximately 3 EUR), though it's not always clear if this fee is authorized. Be aware of potential scams.
